RenoNexa checkout links remain inactive while the payment account is being approved. No payment should be requested or collected through this website until secure checkout is activated.
2. Digital products
RenoNexa products are delivered digitally. The final checkout will clearly state the delivery method, applicable refund rules, and any consent required for immediate access to digital content. Where a merchant of record processes the transaction, refund administration may be handled through that provider.
3. Incorrect, duplicate, or inaccessible orders
If a future order is duplicated, the wrong product is delivered, or access fails, contact [email protected] with the order email and transaction reference. The issue will be investigated promptly.
4. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country. Digital-content withdrawal rights may differ depending on whether immediate delivery was requested and expressly accepted during checkout.
